The nitrogen closed-loop flash drying system is a continuous drying system under low oxygen conditions, which has achieved socio-economic benefits in the drying of easily oxidizable, flammable and explosive materials.

The mechanism of closed-loop drying;

In the closed-loop drying process, the drying medium is generally a gaseous substance, such as nitrogen or carbon dioxide gas. The heated high-temperature inert gas enters the dryer and undergoes heat and mass exchange with the wet material. The wet material is dried and separated by a cyclone separator and a bag filter. The inert gas with higher humidity and lower temperature enters the spray tower for cooling and dehumidification, while the inert gas with lower humidity content is sent to the heater by a circulating fan for heating. This process continues to circulate.

1) Drying is carried out under extremely low oxygen conditions, resulting in good product quality and avoiding the hazards of oxidation, decomposition, combustion, and explosion
